The Hoffanhein Lodge VIP Membership programme is available exclusively to qualifying Church Groups that make bookings with the Lodge. VIP Membership applications are for Church Groups only.

VIP Reward – Rebate Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply to the VIP Reward – Rebate benefit:
The Church Group must book at least one year upfront to qualify for the VIP Reward – Rebate benefit.
The 10% rebate is calculated on the actual amount paid on the initial invoice for the qualifying event.
The rebate will be paid within 7 working days after the event has been completed.
The rebate is non-transferable and is paid only to the Church Group that made and paid for the booking.
Rebates are paid by EFT only. No cash rebate payments will be made.
A valid Bank Confirmation Letter for the Church Group's account is required before any rebate can be processed.
If a qualifying booking is cancelled, the VIP Reward – Rebate linked to that booking becomes void.
VIP Membership, benefits and rebates remain subject to Hoffanhein Lodge approval and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
